A walk-through of your space, where I take room dimensions and pictures. Then I get to work on the plan: a restyling plan and mood board with colours, staples, what stays and what goes. No strings attached: the plan is yours to keep, so you can tackle the project yourself with more confidence.

Hire me to take the project all the way to the reveal. Your quote is based on the square footage and scope of work, and I’m happy to arrange and manage painters if the project needs them. Together we’ll set a furniture and decor budget, adjusting the pieces to fit your preferences and price range. I manage all the shopping, ordering, receiving, and assembling, plus the installing and styling; most rooms come together in 2–3 weeks. A 20% deposit is taken before starting.
Decorating and styling for your rental suite, so it all comes together and your guests have a fantastic stay. I do the planning, the shopping and the set-up, from the furniture layout down to the finishing touches, working within the budget we set together. You end up with a space that looks great in your listing photos and feels even better in person. Your quote is a flat rate based on the size of the suite and the number of rooms, so you know the cost up front. A 20% deposit is taken before starting.

Every project gets its own flat-rate quote after a walk-through, but here’s a rough idea of what to expect for a full redo: the design, the sourcing, and the install and styling.
Where a project lands in the range depends on the size of the room, how much is changing, and how much there is to assemble and install. A small bedroom that needs a refresh sits at the lower end, and a larger room furnished from scratch sits at the higher end.
Furniture and decor are separate. We set that budget together, and everything is passed on to you at cost. These are estimates to help you plan, not a quote.
